BBC Cellpack AG is a leading company in connection technology and offers innovative solutions for energy distribution. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and competent Technical Customer Advisor in Field Service (m/f/d) to support and assist our customers in Switzerland.

Your Tasks

• Customer support in the assigned sales area
• Ongoing support of existing customers, including identification and development of potential new customers as well as long-term follow-up
• Development and implementation of action plans to expand the customer segment
• Monitoring the market regarding trends and external factors as well as ensuring competitiveness
• Responsibility for order intake, sales and margins for assigned customer groups
• Organisation, execution and participation in trade fairs and customer events
• Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions
• Managing budget figures within the area of responsibility

Your Profile

• Completed training as a network electrician (m/f/d) with relevant further education, such as a professional or higher technical examination, a degree in Technical Business Administration or comparable
• Ideally, you already have experience in a similar working environment
• Good knowledge of the market and industry in the field of power distribution networks
• A proactive, independent and goal-oriented working and planning style
• Willingness to travel (approx. 60%) for customer visits, trade fairs and training
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Confident handling of IT systems
• Fluent German and Italian skills; additional languages are an advantage
