Junior Account Manager (m/f/d)

Customer care & sales

• Managing a portfolio of medium-sized corporate clients
• Advising on our entire range - from products to services to individual solutions
• Creating and following up on offers
• Requesting purchase prices from manufacturers and suppliers as well as price negotiations depending on the situation
• Calculating sales prices and sending offers to customers
• Active use & maintenance of ERP and CRM systems

Team support & coordination

• Supporting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
• Close collaboration with internal project teams to successfully implement customer projects

• Initial experience in sales or a strong motivation to develop in this area
• First experience in the IT industry
• Enjoyment of customer contact and solution-oriented consulting
• Structured and reliable working style
• Team spirit and initiative
