ICT Supporter / Generalist 80-100%
Our IT is as versatile as the mountain operation itself – and this is exactly where you come in. As an ICT Supporter / Generalist, you ensure functioning systems, satisfied employees, and actively drive improvements forward. To complement our team, we are looking for a committed, competent, and warm personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- You ensure the smooth operation of the entire information and communication technology of Pilatus-Bahnen AG.
- You provide technical support for our employees – both on-site on the mountain and remotely.
- You actively participate in the planning and implementation of optimization projects for our systems and applications.
- You work closely with external IT service providers as well as internal contacts in the infrastructure area.
- You can develop into a team leader in the medium term.
What sets you apart
- You have completed training as an IT specialist or have an equivalent qualification with several years of experience in the ICT field.
- You are confident and experienced in Microsoft-based server infrastructures as well as with Microsoft 365.
- You work independently, structured, and convince with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness.
- Thanks to your solid expertise and communicative nature, you succeed in competently and efficiently supporting our employees.
