Sales Administrator Internal Sales / Focus on Operational Purchasing (m/f/d) 60%

What you will achieve with us

• You are responsible for recording customer and reseller orders and handling complaints.
• Maintaining and updating customer and material master data in SAP is in your hands.
• You conscientiously follow up on service technician deployments and prepare invoicing and credit notes.
• Managing stock levels (including products with expiry dates) and processing export orders (within CH-EU) are also part of your duties.
• You greatly enjoy proactively supporting the technical customer service and sales team.
• You recognise the importance of continuously optimising processes in internal sales and purchasing.

How you will impress us

• Commercial training or retail specialist with further commercial school education
• Professional experience in operational purchasing is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• German language skills at native level, good spoken and written French skills
• High customer orientation and communication skills
• You think in networks and enjoy working in a team
