For a family-run company in the construction industry, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and independent individual as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture.Draftsperson EFZ Specialising in Architecture 60 - 100 %
Your Tasks
- Supporting project managers in new build, conversion and renovation projects
- Preparation of planning documents, working and detail drawings as well as technical implementation of architectural specifications
- Accompanying projects from planning to execution planning
- Processing building applications and coordinating with authorities and specialist offices
- Close collaboration with specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
- Depending on the project, support with tenders and cost estimates
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture
- Good CAD experience with ArchiCAD
- Technical understanding and an eye for detail
- Enjoyment of architecture, planning and constructive solutions
- Quick comprehension and structured, independent working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Team spirit and enjoyment of a family-like collaboration
