To support the development of our company, we are looking for a HR PARTNER (80 - 100%) to complete our team located in Vuadens (FR). We seek an experienced person in HR consulting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Your mission

• Be the first-level HR contact person, advising and supporting managers and employees of your branches and departments throughout the employee lifecycle

• Support teams in sensitive situations

• Ensure the application of legal standards, internal directives and dedicated processes

• Participate in managing the HR administrative tasks of the branches and departments under your responsibility

• Take part in projects aimed at evolving HR practices and manage the operational deployment of any new HR project/policy/process within your dedicated population

Your key skills

• You hold a federal HRSE certificate as an HR Specialist (Personnel Management option) or an equivalent HR qualification, with solid knowledge of labour law

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the construction sector

• With excellent interpersonal skills, you have a sense of advice and rigour

• You are a native French speaker or have perfect command of the language
