About the job
Your Tasks
- You organize, coordinate, and conduct clinical studies and research projects (IIT & SIT) according to Good Clinical Practice in collaboration with the medical project leaders
- You are involved in the preparation of study protocols and other study documents according to applicable rules for submission to authorities (e.g., ethics committee, Swissmedic)
- You plan and prepare research projects in the clinics, including organization within the framework of initiation visits and staff training
- You are the direct contact person for your studies and offer and support patients during visits
- You take responsibility for documenting data collected within the framework of research projects
- You check the quality of research projects
Your Profile
- You have practical experience in the design, submission, and supervision of clinical studies, research projects, and bring monitoring experience
- You have completed training or studies in the field of healthcare or natural sciences and, ideally, further training in clinical research (e.g., CAS Clinical Trial Management)
- You are familiar with the legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements for conducting clinical studies and research projects
- You are familiar with various databases and can use them for data security
- Transparent, clear communication and successful interprofessional collaboration are a matter of course for you, as well as conversational skills and negotiation ability
- You master the German and English languages in spoken and written form and have good MS Office user skills
