• You advise and support our customers by telephone
• You are responsible for the active sale of our range with a focus on tyres and service and wear parts
• You take on administrative tasks in connection with our wide range of products and services
• You ensure the flow of information between the field service and the internal departments

• You have completed vocational training in the automotive industry, ideally as a spare parts salesperson or as a retail specialist
• You have at least two years of professional experience
• You are familiar with Office programmes and ideally with the SAP operating system
• You communicate confidently in spoken and written German
• You enjoy direct customer contact by telephone
