Senior Cloud Platform Engineer Azure 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Further development of the Azure cloud architecture focusing on stability, scalability, and reliable operation of modern platform solutions.
Creation and maintenance of automated infrastructure components using Terraform and other IaC technologies.
Definition of uniform cloud standards, provision of modular platform services, and development of technical foundations for various IT teams.
Support of internal departments in implementing cloud and technology solutions as well as assistance in AI, data engineering, and software development.
Handling complex technical support cases at 2nd and 3rd level, systematic root cause analysis, and participation in international digitalisation projects.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with several years of practical experience or a successfully completed degree in computer science.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, modern cloud architectures, and the establishment of standardised cloud environments such as Azure Landing Zones.
Experience in infrastructure automation with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, as well as version control and deployment via Git or Azure DevOps.
Technical basic knowledge in Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, API Management, and Entra ID as well as skills in PowerShell, scripting, or REST interfaces.
Independent and quality-conscious working style, strong analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and very good German and English skills (at least B2).
Workplace and residence: The position is not remote and requires on-site work. Residence in Switzerland, willingness to relocate to Switzerland, or activity as a cross-border commuter is required.
