Casalini Branding & Communication makes brands and people shine and supports clients in corporate and marketing communication. Specifically: We develop strategies, we tinker with concepts, we design, film, photograph, write texts, and implement communication campaigns as well as communication projects – all this for regional and national clients from various industries.

We are a team of 12 people who do not always go with the flow and never let a client project sink even in strong currents. And another plus: We are located directly on the Aare river in Bern.

We are looking for a starting February 2026 or by arrangement

• With the design responsibility, you take on the evaluation and further development of the agency's visual-creative services.
• You create, design, and realize concepts and layouts that cause surprise. Whether analog or digital: You are familiar with all media.
• Video productions? You passionately create storyboards and also like to take on directing on set.
• You enjoy being part of project teams in the development of cross-media marketing and communication projects and campaigns.

What do you bring with you?

• You have completed studies or a federal professional qualification in graphic or communication design.
• You have several years of experience as a senior designer or art director at a communication agency.
• Your ideas for brands and communication. You love brand design, video, animation, image, and layout.
• The combination of digital and analog is natural for you.
• You use AI and have the Adobe suite in your blood.
