Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist for the planning and design of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will handle diverse projects in the areas of road construction, hydraulic engineering, utility construction, sewerage, and water supply and accompany these through various project phases. In addition to CAD-based planning, you will conduct surveys using GPS in the field and support the further development of digital planning methods. A special focus is on 3D planning and BIM in modern engineering construction.
Responsibilities:
Creation and processing of project, execution, and detail plans for civil engineering and infrastructure projects
Constructive processing of projects in the areas of road construction, hydraulic engineering, and general civil engineering
Planning and graphical implementation of utility lines, sewerage, and water supply systems
Creation of site, longitudinal, and cross profiles as well as technical detail plans
Application of Autodesk solutions for CAD-based planning and design
Participation in the creation and further development of 3D models and BIM solutions
Conducting surveys, terrain surveys, and measurement work using GPS
Preparation and integration of surveying and geodata into project planning
Support of project management in quantity surveys, technical clarifications, and plan revisions
Coordination of planning bases with civil engineers, specialist planners, and other project participants
Creation and maintenance of project, execution, and revision documents
Qualifications:
Draftsperson EFZ specialising in civil engineering or equivalent technical training
Professional experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction is an advantage
Knowledge of Autodesk CAD software, ideally with experience in 3D planning
Expertise in road construction, utility construction, sewerage, or water supply is an advantage
Knowledge of BIM and digital project processing is an advantage
Experience with GPS-supported surveys and terrain surveys is an advantage
