The entero Foundation has been committed to people with addiction disorders for over 40 years. At four different locations in the canton of Aargau, more than 80 employees are involved in supporting and caring for patients and clients.

Responsible for Quality Management (60 - 80%)

Your main tasks:

• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system based on QuaTheDA
• Development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards in close cooperation with the site management and executive management
• Conducting internal audits, risk analyses and action planning for continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. data protection, Therapeutic Products Act, professional secrecy)
• Responsibility for conducting external maintenance and recertification audits
• Training and raising awareness of employees on quality and data protection topics
• Leading the quality circle and reporting to the executive management
• Collection, analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant data (e.g. satisfaction surveys or ANQ)
• Collaboration with IT to ensure information security and data protection
• Managing the medical statistics medstat

Your profile:

• Completed training in quality management
• Proven professional experience in comparable positions, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of norms and standards (e.g. QuaTheDa, ISO 9001, EFQM), as well as experience with risk management, data protection and compliance
• Analytical and networked thinking, structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Sense of responsibility, solution orientation and enthusiasm for shaping change processes
