Business Support (m/f/d)
Your tasks
* Conducting quality and completeness checks of the information recorded when creating projects in SAP Fiori as well as approval of project initiation
* Support in project administration (project initiation, project completion, project guarantees, obstruction notifications, supplementary letters, 15 stop points, project filing in SharePoint)
* Creation and processing of external and internal customer invoices
* Conducting financing control with SAP and SAP Fiori
* Support in accounts receivable management
* Support in dunning and debt collection
* Recording orders and matching supplier invoices with the corresponding orders within your area of responsibility
* Recording and implementing contracts in Planon
* Supporting the Financial Business Partner with monthly tasks and processes
* Training operational staff in the responsible specialist area
* Contact person for the time recording tool
Your profile
* Commercial or administrative basic training
* Experience in the project environment as well as knowledge of commercial processes in construction-related industries is an advantage
* Mandatory knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP Fiori
* Proactive, motivated and service-oriented personality
* Team-oriented, structured and independent working style
* Very good German skills, both spoken and written
* Knowledge of other national languages as well as English skills are an advantage
