The Client Lifecycle Management team is responsible for the product management of customer relationships across all customer segments.
To strengthen our Client Lifecycle Management team, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer who will take responsibility for the design and management of client lifecycle processes and the associated data management. You will work closely with various stakeholders within the bank and have the opportunity to demonstrate your experience and drive for innovation.
Your tasks
- Design and operation of client lifecycle processes in the role of process design lead
- Central point of contact for professional and system-related concerns regarding the processes
- Continuous development of processes including coordination of implementation in sales systems
- Conducting regular measurements as well as deriving and implementing targeted measures for continuous improvement of data quality and reporting
- Maintaining instructions, checklists, work procedures, training materials
- Leading coordination and decision-making committees for requirements management
- Defining and implementing control frameworks to minimise process risks
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, business informatics, banking and finance, or a similar field
- Several years of professional experience in process management and/or data management in banking
- Excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills, flexibility as well as good adaptability and quick comprehension
- Strong affinity for IT systems and digitalisation as well as interest in innovative technologies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Open-minded, committed personality with team player qualities, high independence, self-motivation and a solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills
