The Municipality of Emmen is looking for a committed, service-oriented and team-capable individual for the Finance, Real Estate and Sports Directorate at the Mooshüsli Swimming Facility starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

• Diverse tasks outdoors in summer and indoors in winter
• Ensuring bathing and operational safety according to applicable guidelines
• Supervising and advising our guests as well as ensuring high-quality guest care
• Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work on facilities and technical equipment
• Assisting with gardening and in the adjacent animal enclosure
• Supporting events

What you bring

• Completed technical apprenticeship
• Valid SLRG Pro Pool certificate or igba PRO certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Technical understanding of swimming facilities is an advantage
• Experience in a swimming facility or related areas is a plus
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Confident demeanour, good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with guests
