DE&I at HSG is the central contact point of the university for diversity, equal opportunities, inclusion, personal integrity, and social sustainability. We are committed to a fair, inclusive, and accessible study and work environment and support the implementation of HSG's sustainability and equality goals. Our core tasks include confidential counseling (e.g., on topics such as inclusive learning and working, harassment and discrimination, accessibility, or family-friendliness), the development of inclusive structures and a corresponding culture, coordination with internal university offices, as well as representing HSG in DE&I-relevant topics.
We pursue a solution-oriented approach to promote legal compliance, quality, and the attractiveness of HSG as an employer and place of study.

Your tasks
- Individual counseling and support of students with chronic illness, disability, or neurodivergence regarding appropriate compensations for disadvantages
- Professional advice to students, lecturers, and staff on topics such as accessibility, family-friendliness, and equal opportunities
- Coordination with internal stakeholders as well as case-related processing and documentation according to university guidelines and procedures
- Support of the DE&I team in operational coordination and active participation in the further development of DE&I at HSG through expertise and teamwork
- Organization and active participation in events and networks in your areas of expertise
Your profile
- A completed university degree in psychology, social work, social sciences, or in the field of diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion (DEI)
- Proven experience in counseling, support, and guidance (of students)
- Strong interest and motivation to independently acquire in-depth expertise, especially on neurodiversity, disabilities, and their impact on study and work
- Commitment to promoting equality and social justice, ideally based on solid theoretical knowledge in the DEI field
- Very good German skills (at least level C2) as well as very good English skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written form
- Strong ability to work independently and enjoyment in shaping collaborative and interdisciplinary team processes
