This is how your job will look
- You are primarily responsible for the timely and qualitatively flawless reception and implementation of requests and orders from our customers (Incidents/Requests as well as Standard & Change Management).
- You ensure customer-appropriate communication and level-appropriate escalation.
- You collect and classify the necessary information for solving incidents and analyze and process/resolve them independently to a high degree in the 1st & 2nd level area.
- As part of the team, you create and maintain the documentation relevant to Customer Care in the Wiki and Knowledge Base and actively share your experiences with your peers.
- In critical/hectic situations, you are able to prioritize and organize the coordination of all requests together with the team. You ensure timely responses to requests.
What you should bring
- A completed education in the field of computer science or comparable several years of experience.
- Good knowledge of IT standard products such as MS Windows (Front- & Backend), O365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, HW, NW technologies, Citrix, VMware, RDS, and PS.
- Understanding of Modern Workplace.
- You are motivated to learn the technologies used and also acquire new knowledge independently to develop within a development plan.
- You have a proactive, analytical & solution-oriented working style and find it easy to work independently.
- You can communicate well, enjoy working in a team, and act service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- You know Scrum and already have an understanding of an Agile working method.
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute spontaneously to its continuous development.
- You have excellent German and good English skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
