Your main tasks include

First point of contact for IT concerns of internal users (hardware and software)
Analysis, prioritization, and resolution of support requests via phone, remote, or ticket system
Procurement/staging/inventory and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, mobiles, printers, etc.
Onboarding/offboarding of employees
Administrative ICT management tasks, e.g. granting permissions and managing users
Creating and updating operating manuals, instructions, and checklists
Employee support in M365 topics
Participation in improving service quality, processes, and IT security awareness
Participation in projects
If interested and suitable, you also support tasks in system administration

We expect from you

Completed training or further education in the field of computer science
Professional experience in IT support
Very good knowledge of Windows clients, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, Active Directory, and Citrix
Enjoyment of direct user contact, solution-oriented thinking, and high personal responsibility
Resilience, flexibility, organizational talent - even in hectic phases
Willingness for early support from 6:15 a.m. 1-2 times per week
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Possession of a category B driving license (occasional on-site assignments possible)
