• Recording new cases, managing files, monitoring appointments and deadlines (in civil and criminal court)
• Organisational preparations for hearings and meetings
• Drafting orders, correspondence (independently or according to instructions)
• Handling questions and concerns of all parties involved in the proceedings by phone and in writing
• Personal handling of questions and concerns of all parties involved at the counter
• Performing general secretarial duties

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training and practical experience (preferably in law firm / judiciary / municipal administration)
• Very good German and IT skills
• Precise, efficient, reliable and independent working style
• Organisational talent
• Quick comprehension
• Team player, resilient and flexible
