About the job
As Head of Legal, you will take responsibility for the legal function of Generali Investments Switzerland AG and advise senior management as well as the relevant governance bodies on legal and regulatory matters. In this key position, you will actively shape the further development of our fund and asset management activities.Head of Legal (m/f/d)

What to expect
- Leading the local legal function as well as managing and developing one employee
- Legal advice on fund, investment, financial market and corporate law issues
- Responsibility for regulatory correspondence and procedures with FINMA
- Legal support of Swiss investment funds, especially for fund launches, changes, restructurings, mergers and liquidations
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund and asset management contracts as well as relevant legal documentation
- Close cooperation with senior management, board of directors, compliance, risk management, investments and internal and external legal partners
What you bring
- University degree in Swiss law (MLaw / lic. iur.); bar admission advantageous
- 7–10+ years of relevant legal experience in Swiss asset management or fund business
- Sound knowledge of Swiss collective investment schemes and financial market law, especially KAG, FINIG and FIDLEG
- Practical experience with Swiss investment funds as well as regulatory procedures and approvals by FINMA
- Leadership experience or clear motivation and ability to develop a legal function and employees
- Fluent German and very good English skills as well as a pragmatic, independent and solution-oriented working style
