Your Tasks
- Business management of the clinic together with the clinic director and centre management
- Analysis of finances, services, and relevant key figures together with the clinic controller
- Advising centre and specialist department management on business and organisational matters
- Coordination and leadership of projects and change processes
- Participation in strategy, annual goals, and further development of the service portfolio, acting as an interface to the overall PUK organisation
- Contract management and participation in negotiations
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business psychology, business administration, health management, or a comparable field. Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement
- Several years of experience in managing complex organisational processes and change management as well as cross-departmental collaboration
- Analytical and very structured working style with a strong understanding of business, organisational, and personnel contexts
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation, negotiation skills, and a confident manner
- Ability to understand, reconcile, and mediate between different perspectives and stakeholder groups
- Team spirit and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration as well as active participation in shaping change processes.
