For our Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy department, we are looking for a

Clinic Manager

Your Tasks

Business management of the clinic together with the clinic director and centre management
Analysis of finances, services, and relevant key figures together with the clinic controller
Advising centre and specialist department management on business and organisational matters
Coordination and leadership of projects and change processes
Participation in strategy, annual goals, and further development of the service portfolio, acting as an interface to the overall PUK organisation
Contract management and participation in negotiations

Your Profile

Completed studies in business psychology, business administration, health management, or a comparable field. Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement
Several years of experience in managing complex organisational processes and change management as well as cross-departmental collaboration
Analytical and very structured working style with a strong understanding of business, organisational, and personnel contexts
Entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation, negotiation skills, and a confident manner
Ability to understand, reconcile, and mediate between different perspectives and stakeholder groups
Team spirit and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration as well as active participation in shaping change processes.
