What you can achieve with us

• You ensure that the IT systems run smoothly and that employees can use them optimally.
• You competently support employees with all ICT questions and technical problems (remote and on-site).
• You provide the ICT infrastructure for new employees.
• You monitor, prioritize, and process the ticket system and ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
• You provide professional ICT training to promote employees.
• You support other ICT areas in project work in internal projects and bring your own ideas to optimize our services.

What skills are important to us

• You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
• You use your decision-making scope in the interest of the employees.
• You have a high service orientation and enjoy direct contact with users.
• You already have professional experience in ICT support (1st/2nd level).
• We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the respective other language is desired.
