Role:
In this role, the person acted as Group Controller for individual business divisions – this included understanding the business models, analysing business development, and deriving insights relevant from a group perspective for financial and strategic further development. They prepared reports on business development for the executive board and supervisory board, focusing on analysing and commenting on KPIs. They also supported the preparation of the annual medium-term planning and were co-responsible for cost controlling of the corporate centre. Additionally, they independently carried out ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities:
- You manage individual business divisions in the role of Group Controller – this includes understanding the business models, analysing business development, and deriving insights relevant from a group perspective regarding financial and strategic further development
- You prepare reports on business development for the executive board and supervisory board – focusing on analysing and commenting on KPIs
- You support the preparation of the annual medium-term planning
- You are co-responsible for cost controlling of the corporate centre
- You independently carry out ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- You have a higher business administration education (university, university of applied sciences)
- You have at least four years of professional experience in financial controlling
- You have an analytical and interconnected way of thinking as well as an efficient and goal-oriented working style
- You have solid MS Office and SAP knowledge
- You are fluent in German & English, both spoken and written
