In this versatile role, you will look after several properties in the Bern and Solothurn region and ensure that buildings and technical systems function reliably. You can expect a varied working day with a lot of personal responsibility, direct contact with different contacts and tasks where your manual skills really count.

What awaits you

• Independently carry out repair, maintenance and assembly work
• Analyse technical faults and fix them directly on site
• Take on versatile tasks in the areas of wood, metal and sanitary installations
• Perform simple electrical work within your expertise and authorisationsMount or replace lights, locks, fittings and fittings professionally
• Regularly inspect buildings and technical systems and detect defects early
• Act quickly in the event of faults or damage and initiate necessary immediate measures
• Plan your assignments independently, document them carefully and coordinate with property management

What you bring with you

• Completed basic craft training, for example in the field of sanitary, electrical, carpentry or metal construction
• Practical experience in building maintenance, caretaking or a comparable craft environment
• Versatile manual skills and a good technical understanding characterise you
• You approach tasks independently, reliably and solution-oriented
• You act flexibly and keep an overview even with changing assignmentsYou appear friendly and service-oriented in contact with customers and other contacts
• You enjoy working in a team and coordinate reliably with the parties involved
• You have good German skills and are familiar with common office programmes
