As a Senior SAP Consultant FI/CO, you take on a central role in the further development of our SAP landscape and work together with the specialist departments to design efficient and sustainable solutions. You combine profound expertise in finance and controlling with a strong understanding of processes and systems and support our organisation in optimising and digitalising its business operations.

Your tasks

• You analyse existing finance and controlling processes, identify optimisation potentials and develop suitable solution approaches for organisational as well as systemic challenges
• Together with the specialist departments, you develop sustainable solution concepts, evaluate different variants and accompany their implementation considering cost-effectiveness, quality and risks
• You take responsibility for the further development, maintenance and optimisation of SAP FI/CO applications such as xSuite or Serrala and ensure their efficient operation
• Planning and conducting tests, creating documentation and conducting training for key users are also part of your responsibilities
• You act as a competent contact person for users, key users, business development and developers on questions related to finance and controlling topics
• In SAP projects of medium to high complexity, you take the lead of sub-projects and coordinate successful implementation together with internal and external partners
• You advise the specialist departments on organisational optimisations and support making processes, work steps and information flows more efficient

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling, business informatics or a similar field
• Several years of experience as an internal or external SAP consultant as well as profound knowledge in SAP FI/CO distinguish you
• You bring a good understanding of accounting, controlling and business contexts
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SD, MM or PP as well as experience with BI tools are advantageous
• Your working style is structured, solution-oriented and characterised by a high quality awareness
• You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and convince through your strong team and consulting skills
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
