Our team in Zurich is looking to complement with a Specialist Site Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
Local site management and leadership of contractors involved in the construction
Participation in construction meetings and inspections
Keeping minutes and action lists
Execution of schedule and quality controls of HVAC works
Carrying out the acceptance of HVAC trades
Promotion of occupational safety
Close collaboration with other departments within the Abicht Group through interdisciplinary teams
YOUR PROFILE
Basic training in building technology, with a focus on sanitary systems advantageous
Experience in execution in the HVAC sector
Professional experience in a similar position (at least as chief fitter)
Organisational talent
Communicative, team-oriented personality with a winning manner and high social competence
Flexibility regarding working hours and presence on construction sites
Extensive knowledge of common MS Office programmes
Familiar with occupational safety, SIBE advantageous
Driving licence category B
