Caretaker / Caretaker for School and Sports Facilities
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the efficient operation and maintenance of municipal buildings and technical systems (HVAC, electrical, security) of the assigned school, kindergarten and sports facilities within the service area.
- Organisation and execution of maintenance and cleaning work.
- Minor repairs, seasonal work, supervision and coordination of external service providers.
- Ensuring cleanliness, functionality and safety of the properties.
- Deputising within the team, on-call duty including evening and weekend shifts.
You bring with you:
- Federal VET Diploma as a specialist in operational maintenance or basic craft training with professional experience.
- Willingness to undertake further training to become a caretaker with a federal professional certificate.
- Technical understanding and experience in building operations.
- Team spirit, assertiveness, service-oriented working style.
- Strong enjoyment in service-oriented interaction with customers, partners and users in the respective area of deployment (education, sport, services, etc.).
- Good IT skills (MS Office) and driving licence category B.
