Adults who already have a vocational qualification or job-specific prior knowledge can complete a shortened vocational training.

You will accompany, care for and support residents, assisting them with their daily activities. You will take on tasks in the field of medical technology such as blood sampling, measuring blood pressure, changing dressings, preparing and administering medication. You will perform administrative tasks and work with digital care documentation.

We expect from you:

• Completion of 22nd year of age
• Admission to the qualification procedure according to Art. 32 BBV
• EFZ qualification or recognition of general education ABU
• Interest and enjoyment in working with people
• Good communication skills and service awareness
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Team spirit, resilience and hygiene awareness
• Good computer user skills
