For our Civil Engineering Department Central Switzerland, we are looking for you as our new Construction Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future place of employment will be in Gisikon. Your place of deployment will be the entire Central Switzerland region.
What you will be responsible for:
- Construction management in the execution of larger and complex projects
- Enforcement of occupational safety and quality management
- Responsibility for profit and loss of your own projects
- Resource and deployment planning
- Personnel management (construction managers, foremen & GWP) on projects
- Collaboration with local partners, subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
- Competent contact person for clients, business partners and employees
- Change order management, independent preparation and enforcement
- Monitoring of contract management
- Financial and technical project controlling

- Completed technical construction education (civil engineer, master builder, construction manager)
- Comprehensive knowledge in main construction trades as project manager / construction manager
- Experience and references in large projects
- Leadership experience and strong social skills
- Negotiation skills
- Team spirit
- Customer proximity and strong practical orientation
- Analytical and communicative skills, flair for numbers and networked thinking
- High sense of responsibility, independent working style and resilience
