You can contribute- Support the HR team in advising and assisting line managers in all operational HR processes from recruitment to employee exit
- Participate in the design, planning, implementation, and further development of various HR processes

- Bachelor's or Master's degree at university/FH (before/after completion) in work, organizational and personnel psychology, business administration, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources Management
- Confident written and oral expression in one official language as well as knowledge of a second official language
- High IT affinity with a flair for creating presentations and guideline documents tailored to the audience
- Strong organizational skills with a high quality awareness as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
- Committed and communicative personality who does not lose overview and humor even in hectic times
