Supply Chain Manager

Your mission

Reporting to the General Management, you oversee all Supply Chain flows, from procurement to delivery of finished products. You play a central and operational role in coordinating operations, optimising resources, and continuously improving our industrial performance.

Your responsibilities

• Manage production planning and scheduling, anticipating needs, capacities, and priorities.

• Coordinate flows with commercial and operational teams to ensure customer commitments are met.

• Optimise stocks and procurement, while supervising logistics flows from receipt to shipment.

• Manage supplier relations and subcontracting, ensuring reliability of supplies and cost control.

• Lead and support your team, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and skills development.

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement actions to optimise processes and flows.

Your profile

• Higher education in Supply Chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or production management, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.

• Strong command of planning, procurement, and production flow management.

• Good knowledge of ERP tools (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), Excel, and performance indicators.

• Natural leadership, analytical mind, and ability to unite a team around common goals.

• Pragmatic, organised, and responsive personality, with a genuine taste for hands-on work and problem-solving.
