Your Tasks

• Professional, financial and personnel management of comprehensive facility management mandates
• Leadership, support and targeted development of the subordinate staff
• Advising our clients on all matters of facility management
• Responsibility for on-call duty planning
• Monitoring the maintenance and servicing of technical systems
• Organisation and continuous optimisation of processes and workflows

Your Profile

• Proven several years of professional experience in facility management or related fields such as facility services, real estate, building technology or maintenance
• Completed further training in business administration or facility management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound leadership experience as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
• High customer orientation, target group-appropriate communication and strong organisational skills as well as flexibility
• Confident command of the German language in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Category B driving licence
