In this varied role
- you set up the newspaper printing machines and produce sophisticated newspaper products while adhering to quality and deadline requirements
- you monitor the entire printing process and ensure consistently high print quality
- you independently grant production approval according to internal guidelines and quality standards
- you quickly and efficiently analyse and resolve disruptions in the production process
- you optimise machine settings regarding quality, performance, and material usage
- you independently carry out maintenance and servicing work on the printing machines and their peripheral equipment
You will succeed here if
- you have completed training as a printing technologist, ideally specialising in web offset printing
- you bring a record of performance and experience, preferably in newspaper printing
- you are distinguished by your strong technical understanding and quality awareness
- you show willingness and flexibility for shifts in 2- and 3-shift operations, including weekend work
- you are accustomed to working independently and responsibly even in hectic situations
- you enjoy teamwork and are characterised by your precise, proactive, and reliable manner
