In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve our operational units and ensure smooth processes in service and maintenance. With your organizational skills, technical understanding, and communicative strength, you contribute significantly to delivering our services efficiently, on time, and with high quality.

Your main tasks:

- You plan and coordinate the deployments of service technicians.
- You monitor orders and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- You organize material procurement and check deliveries.
- You process orders and feedback in the IT tool Volta.
- You prepare offers and invoice proposals and carry out billing.
- You maintain and update relevant lists (defects, spare parts, asset master data, etc.).
- You correctly allocate hours and supplier invoices.
- You support the team with administrative tasks.

Your profile:

- Commercial or technical basic training with a degree (state-recognized FA / EFZ)
- Basic knowledge in maintenance and building technology
- Knowledge in accounting (debtors / creditors)
- Strong customer-oriented and communicative skills
- Confident and engaging demeanor
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Language skills: German (business fluent), English is an advantage
