DuBischDra AG stands for lived gaming culture. With our shop on Langstrasse, the lounge in Dübendorf, and our online shop, we bring people together at one table. In September 2026, we will open the largest and most inviting board game café in Switzerland in the legendary Uto Cinema. The new "living room of gaming culture" right in the heart of Zurich!

For this, we are looking for motivated gastronomy staff who enjoy helping to shape a new meeting place from the very beginning. We are seeking a permanent employee responsible for our coffee window as well as the bar & daytime gastronomy.

Your areas of responsibility

Shift management for coffee window as well as bar & daytime gastronomy (80 – 100%)

Do you love the scent of fresh coffee in the morning, the hustle and bustle of the lunch rush, and the energy at the bar? Are you a host by passion and keep an overview even under the greatest stress? Then we are looking for exactly you! For our versatile operation, we are seeking a strong-willed shift manager starting 05.10.2026.

Your tasks

• Leading and motivating the team during your shift
• Coordinating the entire service process from early to late
• Ensuring high service quality and guest satisfaction
• Responsibility for daily accounting, cash closing, and closing the operation
• Compliance with and control of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Active work at the front: preparing coffee specialties according to our quality standards as well as ensuring efficient and fresh sandwich production for the lunch service

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy, ideally already in a managerial role
• Barista experience as well as experience in preparing fresh snacks or in the kitchen is an advantage
• Organisational talent with a quick eye for priorities
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility for varied shifts (early, mid, and late shifts as well as weekends)
• Fluent German skills, any additional language is an advantage
