Bülach – a town with tradition since 1384. Today the prosperous and growing centre of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. For the Refugee and Asylum Coordination area, we are looking to strengthen our team within the framework of maternity cover immediately or by arrangement, limited until October 2027 (with option for extension) with a committed personality as
Your tasks
- Organisation and coordination of the secretariat (counter and telephone service, correspondence etc.)
- General administrative tasks
- Assistance in accounting
- Support in caring for refugees
- Management of the client software Tutoris
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ), preferably in administration or social sector
- Commercial professional experience
- Reliable, independent and precise way of working
- Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with high social competence
- Very good numerical aptitude
- Strong communication skills and very good written expression
- Foreign language skills an advantage
- Very good IT user skills (knowledge of the specialist software Tutoris an advantage)
