Legal, Compliance & Data Protection Manager 60–100% (m/f/d)

In this management role reporting directly to the CEO, you will take on a central role within the Senevita Group as a staff function and significantly shape the establishment and further development of the department.

Your Tasks

Establishment and further development of the Legal, Compliance & Data Protection department for Switzerland
Advising the executive management and specialist departments on legal and compliance-related issues
Coordination, management and support of data protection matters in collaboration with the external data protection officer for Switzerland
Ensuring and implementing group-wide corporate guidelines as well as regulatory requirements
Coordination and management of external law firms and other external partners
Drafting, reviewing and further developing contracts, policies, directives and governance structures
Supporting projects, reorganisations and strategic initiatives from a legal and compliance perspective
Preparing decision-making bases, reports and risk analyses for the CEO
Supporting the establishment and further development of compliance, control and governance structures within the group

What You Bring

Completed law degree or comparable qualification with a focus on law, compliance or corporate governance
Several years of professional experience in legal, compliance, data protection or corporate governance
Experience working with external law firms as well as various internal and external stakeholders
Very good understanding of regulatory issues as well as business contexts
Independent, structured and pragmatic working style
Strong implementation skills as well as pronounced communication and advisory competence
Discreet, trustworthy and integral personality with high quality standards
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French language skills are an advantage
