For our program "Strong to the Goal" - assessment and application course - in Amriswil, an offer for job-seeking assistants, we are looking for from May 1, 2026 or by arrangement (m/f/d):
Course Instructor (60%)
with SVEB 1 or trainer with federal certificate of competence
Tasks
- Designing and conducting educational units and processes via face-to-face teaching on various topics around application and assessment
- Teaching language action skills as well as key labor market competencies
- Conducting individual interviews
- Writing course reports and general course administration
- Contributing to quality development and assurance
Requirements
- You have experience in adult education and hold the federal certificate of competence as a trainer or the SVEB 1 certificate
- You have experience in conducting individual interviews or in coaching or counseling
- Experience in work integration and working with participants who speak other languages, including additional DaZ qualification, is an advantage
- You are a reflective and flexible personality with a positive attitude to life, high communication skills, and a nuanced worldview
- You feel confident in the ICT area, e.g., creating digital content, using social media, and working with Microsoft 365
- You have knowledge and interest in the regional labor market as well as current economic developments
