Constri is the dynamic trading and manufacturing company in the canton of Aargau. We trade in toys and kindergarten equipment and develop as well as produce table bombs and injection moulded articles.

For our purchasing team, we are looking for a reliable, committed and solution-oriented person from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as

Operational Buyer (60%) m/f/d

In this versatile role, you will ensure the availability of our ranges together with the purchasing team and act as an important interface between our suppliers and internal departments.

Your tasks:

• Determining the optimal order quantities taking total costs into account
• Recording and monitoring order confirmations
• Ensuring timely deliveries
• Invoice control and approval
• Handling product complaints
• Professional support and development of our suppliers
• Assisting with range calculations and master data maintenance
• Further development and standardisation of our purchasing processes
• Support and development of our apprentices

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Further training in purchasing is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing
• Independent, precise and structured working style with high reliability
• Business and networked thinking as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Team spirit, solution orientation and enjoyment of working with different interfaces
• Very good Microsoft Office and good ERP knowledge
• Confident German skills and good English skills, French is an advantage
