A powerful network and security infrastructure forms the basis for secure IT operations. In this role, the focus is on the operation, optimisation and further development of network, firewall and security solutions as well as the implementation of individual customer projects.
Responsibilities:
Operation and configuration of network, firewall and IT security solutions
Support and optimisation of routing, switching, WLAN, VPN and network segmentation
Management of firewall rules and security policies
Monitoring of network activities as well as analysis of logs and security-relevant messages
Handling of faults and support in security incidents
Carrying out updates, maintenance and measures for system hardening
Planning and implementation of network and security projects at customers
Documentation of network architectures, configurations and security measures
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in network and IT security projects
Very good knowledge of routing, switching, WLAN, firewalling, VPN and troubleshooting
Experience with network segmentation and building secure network architectures
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of individual technical solutions
Driving licence category B
Very good German skills (and ideally good French and/or Italian skills)
