- Participating in teaching and supervising trainee doctors, medical students, and other healthcare professionals
- Contributing to clinical and translational research activities, as well as innovation and quality improvement projects
- Participating in the senior physicians’ on-call rota
- Participating, as needed, in neonatal transport activities.
Profile
You hold a specialist qualification in paediatrics, or an equivalent qualification, complemented by advanced training in neonatology. You possess the clinical and technical skills necessary for autonomous practice in intensive neonatology.
You are distinguished by:
- Solid experience in neonatal intensive care and excellent clinical judgement
- A medical degree (MD) or equivalent medical qualification
- The ability to make decisions in complex and highly demanding clinical situations
- Good adaptability and ease in a dynamic university environment
- A collaborative spirit and strong interest in interdisciplinary work

- A strong commitment to patient- and family-centred medicine
- An interest in teaching, supervision, and mentoring
- An interest in research, innovation, and the development of neonatology
- Very good command of French, both spoken and written (level C1-C2).
We look forward to welcoming a physician who wishes to actively contribute to the development of neonatology at CHUV.
