ERP Consultant & IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a technically skilled individual who not only administers ERP systems but actively drives their further development. In this role, IT system technology, business processes, and modern project management combine into a versatile task with plenty of scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and optimise existing ERP processes and system landscapes
Plan and lead demanding IT and ERP projects
Coordinate internal departments, IT specialists, and external partners
Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions
Support ERP developments, releases, migrations, and integrations
Identify optimisation potentials along digital business processes
Design and implement interfaces between ERP, third-party systems, and modern cloud solutions
Create technical concepts, process models, and project plans
Manage schedules, priorities, budgets, and project dependencies
Advise departments on technical and system-related issues
Further develop the ERP system landscape with a focus on automation and digitalisation
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, IT system technology, business informatics, or comparable fields
Several years of experience with ERP systems, IT projects, or business applications
Solid understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, interfaces, and system architectures
Experience in planning and implementing IT or ERP projects
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical contexts
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Independent working style and strong sense of responsibility
Interest in digitalisation, process automation, and modern IT technologies
