Main tasks

• Preparing quotations
• Preparing calculations and investment proposals
• Creating and processing vending machine orders
• Checking order confirmations
• Preparing contracts and framework agreements
• Drafting individual customer letters
• Creating, editing, and forwarding changes and cancellations
• Preparing customer evaluations and analyses
• Entering data into various systems
• Interface function between different departments (direct customer support is rather rare)
• Special tasks as assigned
• Tasks within a project, independent coordination, monitoring, and collaboration

Education

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Initial professional experience in internal sales
• Very good IT user skills (Movex, Microsoft CRM, Office programmes, Outlook)
• Native French speaker with confident German in spoken and written form
• Very good English skills are an advantage
