WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Department Manager, you will lead and support your team, fostering an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store.
You will:
- ensure an effective visual and commercial presentation to offer an excellent shopping experience to our customers with the help of service tools.
- analyse sales and budget targets, and develop optimisation measures.
- plan tasks and staff allocation efficiently, ensuring the smooth running of all operational processes - from the sales floor and storage areas to till and fitting room routines, as well as daily opening and closing routines of the store.
- strategically develop your team through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback interviews, performance evaluations, and individual development.
have experience in fashion retail and understand the demands of a dynamic sales environment.

- The gross monthly salary for this position at 100% employment rate is at least CHF 5,023.– (13 monthly salaries). The actual remuneration is determined based on professional experience and qualifications.
