Manager Shared Services

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) for large or international investment projects of Geistlich Pharma AG
• You coordinate the financial planning processes within the Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SC&M) area
• You lead the investment application process in the SC&M area - from application to project completion
• You conduct project controlling within SC&M
• You conduct cost centre controlling within SC&M
• As a contact person, you support SAP-related questions regarding purchase requisitions (BANF), invoices, projects, and costs

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training with professional experience
• Further training in controlling, project management, or in the area of Project Management Office (PMO)
• Experience in PMO as well as collaboration within a matrix organisation
• Experience in project-related risk management, as well as stakeholder and escalation management
• Confident, appreciative, and persuasive communication, both oral and written
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, good Excel skills
• Confident handling of audience-appropriate preparation and visualisation of information as well as creating professional presentations
• German and English spoken and written
