Monitoring product quality considering technical specifications and regulatory requirements
Creating and updating test concepts as well as determining suitable testing equipment
Quality-related support of product launches and production transfers
Handling error reports and customer complaints including root cause analysis
Coordinating measures for sustainable error prevention
Preparing and conducting quality audits as well as following up on open findings
Evaluating quality indicators and statistical process data
Maintaining and optimising internal quality assurance guidelines, processes and documentation
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with specialised further training in quality management
Further training as an internal or external auditor, for example according to VDA 6.3 or ISO 13485, is an advantage
Several years of experience in an industrial manufacturing company with an international focus
Knowledge of industry-specific quality requirements from the automotive or medical technology sectors
Practical application of 8D reports, FMEA, SPC and PPAP
Confident handling of standards ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949
Good analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
