Your Responsibilities

• Professional support of managers at various hierarchical levels in all personnel-related matters
• Support during changes, reorganisations as well as in the further development of teams and organisational units
• Accompanying managers in the development of their leadership role and strengthening a contemporary leadership culture
• Conducting demanding conversations and supporting conflict, performance and change situations
• Close collaboration with the HR specialist departments and ensuring comprehensive HR support
• Participation in the annual salary round, year-end tasks and other recurring HR processes
• Ensuring correct and timely implementation of relevant HR processes in compliance with internal guidelines and legal as well as GAV-relevant regulations
• Confident handling of HR key figures, statistics and evaluations as well as the ability to derive relevant insights and recommendations for action

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in healthcare or a comparable complex environment
• A higher education in HR management, for example HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
• Experienced and confident handling of laws, GAV, regulations and directives – practiced in enforcing these in a friendly and appreciative – but firm – manner
• Confidence in dealing with demanding personnel, leadership and labour law issues
• Experience in advising and supporting managers at different leadership levels
• Strong consulting skills, communication strength and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a high service orientation
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
