As Lead Engineer in the field of Cyber Security, you take on a central role in planning and further developing secure industrial IT and network infrastructures. You combine engineering expertise with conceptual thinking and accompany technical solutions for demanding applications.
In addition to developing security concepts, you are responsible for technical clarifications and support tenders with well-founded solution approaches. In exchange with customers and specialists, you ensure that security requirements are understandable, feasible, and sustainably met.
Responsibilities:
Development and technical design of security solutions for OT and network environments
Preparation of security concepts, IRPS documents, and technical specifications
Assessment of existing security infrastructures as well as relevant processes and governance requirements
Technical management of tenders from requirements gathering to solution design
Creation and updating of technical documentation for industrial environments
Coordination of technical requirements with customers, project participants, and internal teams
Qualifications:
Degree from a college of higher education, university of applied sciences, or university in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in network security engineering, IT engineering, or a related field
Knowledge in OT security or in the environment of critical infrastructures
Understanding of security architectures as well as governance and compliance requirements
Additional qualification in ICT security, such as CISSP, CISM, or CAS/MAS, is a plus
Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style as well as confident appearance in collaboration with different stakeholders
