These will be your tasks:
• Supporting the Services Account Executives and Business Support in daily business
• Ensuring internal processes, e.g. the allocation of orders to individual consultants
• Supporting internal offer and order processing as well as invoice verification
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and offers for customers
• Participating in customer appointments, presentations and negotiations
• Taking on small sales cases from start to finish (end-to-end)
• Supporting the search for consultants for projects within the SAP internal network
• Creating statistics and analyses
• Monitoring consultant utilisation and supporting deployment planning for the coming months
• Organising budgets for sales activities, financial monitoring of ongoing projects as well as organising and preparing meetings
• Supporting the organisation of travel and events

The service sales team is based in Zurich and is responsible for the following industries: Retail & Consumer Products, Process & Services as well as the public sector. We work closely with our customers to support them in implementing their SAP solutions and successfully using our software. Therefore, we offer our customers a wide range of services, including classic consulting and implementation services, educational services, Cloud Success Services such as Preferred Success or Cloud Application Services, as well as Premium Engagement Services.
Your application documents should include a cover letter, a CV in tabular form, school leaving certificates, a certificate of enrolment, a current university transcript, copies of any degrees already obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and knowledge of foreign languages and computer programmes/programming languages.
