In the Interaction & Multi-Experience Solutions (IMS) team, we shape the digital future of AXA Switzerland. Our interaction solutions accompany customers and employees across all digital channels, from www.axa.ch through the customer portal myAXA (web and app) to our chatbot Ada.
An equally important component is our form solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager. To create innovative solutions for our customers here and to strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a talented and motivated AEM Forms Software Engineer with Java expertise.

In the Data, Technology & Innovation area, around 600 software and system developers work across Switzerland and develop tomorrow's technology in-house. We also collaborate in global teams and networks.
We shape and integrate the latest tools, organise hackathons, and our agile product teams operate self-organised and are fully responsible from A to Z.

What awaits you
- You design and develop sophisticated adaptive forms with AEM Forms and thus significantly shape our digital customer solutions
- You are responsible for the AI-supported further development and maintenance of our central AEM platform and integrate backend services to ensure smooth data flow
- You ensure quality through modern development practices and automated processes (CI/CD)
- You take responsibility throughout the development process, actively contribute to our agile team, and share your knowledge with your colleagues
What you bring
- You have solid experience in development with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) stack, especially with AEM Forms, OSGi, Sling, and JCR
- You are proficient in Java full-stack development and feel at home both in backend and frontend. Ideally, you also have knowledge of modern frontend technologies (e.g. React)
- The use of tools such as Maven, Git as well as CI/CD pipelines and AI tools like Copilot etc. is natural for you
- You are characterised by an independent, solution-oriented working style, very good analytical skills, and a passion for solving technical challenges in a team
- DevOps and agile methods are not foreign terms to you, and working in a self-organised team appeals to you
- You have very good German skills. Good English skills are a plus for international collaboration
